These are the terms on which D Design Studio makes ddesignstudio.in available. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — the agreement for any actual design work is a separate one, signed between us.

What this site is

It is a portfolio and an introduction to the studio: what we do, how we work, and how to reach us. It is not a shop, it does not take payments, and it does not create an account for you.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse it, and to share links to it. Please do not:

• copy the site's text or design and present it as your own;
• scrape, mirror or systematically download it, whether by hand or with automated tools;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, or to anything behind it;
• use anything on it in a way that misleads people about who designed what.

What belongs to the studio

The D Design Studio name, the D monogram, and the written text of this site belong to D Design Studio. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link, but please ask before reproducing anything more than that.

Some material on the site is used for illustration and is not the studio's own. If you believe something here is yours and should not be, write to us at the address below and we will look into it promptly and take it down if you are right.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through this site, or calling or emailing us, starts a conversation. It is not a booking, and it does not commit either of us to anything. No project begins, no fee becomes payable, and no timeline is promised until we have agreed the scope in writing and both signed it.

We answer enquiries as quickly as we sensibly can, but we do not guarantee a reply within any particular time, and we may decline work.

Not professional advice

Anything described on this site is general information about the studio's work. It is not architectural, structural, engineering, regulatory or legal advice for your particular site or building, and it should not be acted on as though it were. Every project needs its own assessment. Please do not make a decision about a property, a structure or an approval on the strength of a web page.

Projects shown

Work shown here illustrates the studio's approach. Photographs, drawings and visualisations represent particular projects under particular conditions, and nothing about them is a promise of what your project will cost, how long it will take, or how it will turn out. Visualisations are exactly that — an intention, not a record.

Links to other places

The site links out to Google Maps and to the studio's Instagram. Those are run by other companies, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what is on them or for what they do with your visit.

Availability and accuracy

We keep the site accurate and up to date as best we can, but we do not promise it is free of errors, or that it will always be reachable. It may be offline for maintenance, or because of something outside our control, without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, D Design Studio is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site — including anything lost through relying on information here, or through the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy

What we do with the details you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy. The short version: the site collects nothing on its own, and we use your enquiry only to answer it.

Changes

These terms may change. When they do, this page changes and the date at the top is updated. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
