This page explains what D Design Studio does with the information you share through ddesignstudio.in. The short version: the site itself collects nothing about you, and the only details we hold are the ones you deliberately send us when you get in touch.

Who this is about

What the site collects on its own

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media tracking pixels. It does not store anything in your browser and it does not build a profile of you, log your visit, or follow you to other sites. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What you give us, if you choose to

The enquiry form on this site asks for three things: your name, your phone number and your email address. Nothing is required of you until you decide to fill it in. You can just as easily call or email the studio instead, and many people do.

We use those details for one purpose: to reply to you about the project you enquired about, and to carry on that conversation. We do not sell them, rent them, trade them, or hand them to anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not send you anything you did not ask for.

Requests to other services

Like most sites, this one loads some files from other companies' servers. When your browser fetches those files, that company necessarily sees your IP address, roughly where you are, and which browser you use — the same as when you visit any page of theirs. We do not control what they do with that, and their own privacy terms apply. On this site, those are:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces the page is set in.
• Webflow's asset CDN and assets.era-residence.com — the photography and background video.
• Google Maps — only if you click the studio address or the "get directions" link, which opens Maps in a new tab.

None of these are used to identify you and none of them are analytics services. They are how the page draws itself.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as it takes to answer you, and — if the enquiry becomes a project — for as long as we are working together plus whatever period our tax and professional records require. If an enquiry does not go anywhere, we clear it out once the conversation has plainly ended.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner, at any time, and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a particular record.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave when you sent us your details. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

Send any of these requests to ddesign_studio@rediffmail.com. We will respond as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is aimed at people commissioning architecture and interior design work, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site or the studio handles information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. There is no archive of earlier versions; the page you are reading is the one that applies.
