This page explains what D Design Studio does with the information you share through ddesignstudio.in. The short version: the site itself collects nothing about you, and the only details we hold are the ones you deliberately send us when you get in touch.

Who this is about

D Design Studio is an architecture and interior design studio based in Jaipur. For anything relating to this policy or to information you have shared with us, write to ddesign_studio@rediffmail.com or call +91 95215 91203.

What the site collects on its own

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media tracking pixels. It does not store anything in your browser and it does not build a profile of you, log your visit, or follow you to other sites. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What you give us, if you choose to

The enquiry form on this site asks for three things: your name, your phone number and your email address. Nothing is required of you until you decide to fill it in. You can just as easily call or email the studio instead, and many people do.

We use those details for one purpose: to reply to you about the project you enquired about, and to carry on that conversation. We do not sell them, rent them, trade them, or hand them to anyone for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not send you anything you did not ask for.

How the enquiry form sends

The form does not transmit anything from this website. When you press Send on WhatsApp, it opens WhatsApp on your own device — the app on a phone, or WhatsApp Web on a computer — with a message already written out containing the three details you entered, addressed to the studio's number.

Nothing reaches the studio until you press send inside WhatsApp. Until then the message is yours: you can edit it, delete any part of it, or close WhatsApp and send nothing at all — and if you do, we never see it.

One thing worth being exact about, because it is easy to state too generously: pressing the button opens a wa.me link, and that link is a web address run by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (part of Meta) with your message written into it. So the moment you press it, those three details have been sent to Meta — not to us, and not yet to anyone as a message, but they have left your browser. Closing WhatsApp afterwards stops the message being delivered to the studio; it does not undo that request. If you would rather nothing at all reached Meta, use the phone number or the email address below instead, which involve neither the form nor WhatsApp.

Because the message then travels as an ordinary WhatsApp message, it passes through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, part of Meta, exactly as any other message you send does, and their terms apply to it. The studio keeps the conversation in its WhatsApp account alongside its other client conversations. If you would rather not use WhatsApp at all, call +91 95215 91203 or write to ddesign_studio@rediffmail.com — both reach the same people, and neither involves the form.

Requests to other services

Like most sites, this one loads some files from other companies' servers. When your browser fetches those files, that company necessarily sees your IP address, roughly where you are, and which browser you use — the same as when you visit any page of theirs. We do not control what they do with that, and their own privacy terms apply. On this site, those are:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces the page is set in.
• Webflow's asset CDN — a few decorative flower images.
• Google Maps — only if you click the studio address or the "get directions" link, which opens Maps in a new tab.

None of these are used to identify you and none of them are analytics services. They are how the page draws itself.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as it takes to answer you, and — if the enquiry becomes a project — for as long as we are working together plus whatever period our tax and professional records require. If an enquiry does not go anywhere, we clear it out once the conversation has plainly ended.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner, at any time, and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a particular record.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave when you sent us your details. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

Send any of these requests to ddesign_studio@rediffmail.com. We will respond as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is aimed at people commissioning architecture and interior design work, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site or the studio handles information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. There is no archive of earlier versions; the page you are reading is the one that applies.
